At the first outset let me thank you for your esteemed support in achieving my dream of sweet Home. I really appreciate your approach and the skill of handling the customers. You were positive from day one , and that is instrumental in smooth flow of our all transactions..
I was little worried about meeting the deal cost as my budget was little short of the cost of the flat we purchased. You made me not to look back and go ahead , we can do something for the shot fall. Here again I wish to make mention that we had not met each other and it was only telephonic conversation. That was very great of you , which really gave me courage to go ahead with confidence at that moment and today proudly I can say I have done it..
In my case , my availability at Mumbai was very rare and one trip from Agartala costs me nearly 25000/-. On top of it I cannot leave my office jurisdiction of and on.
Inspite of all this, with your blessings and Grace of God , we could complete the deal before time i.e.token given to party on 22/7/2018 and have shifted to our New dream house on 3/9/2018.

This is with regards to our association over so many years. I recall my ‘chance conversation’ with you about 5 years ago, randomly finding your number from newspaper search. But, while locating my first property in Thane (and even the second), you have shown amazing intelligence in identifying buyer’s need and ‘custom- fitting’ the offering. At the same time, you ensured that budget and quality of property etc. are not compromised. The very fact that you hand-held me throughout the process, was such a value add for a person like me (who never found enough time in life to focus on these activities).

Selling and buying a property at the same time is no cakewalk but approaching Mr Deepak made us feel that selling and buying a property simultaneously is not that difficult as we all imagine it to be.
We thank him for all the support and guidance he has provided and today we are proud owners of a flat in Hiranandani Meadows, Thane.
Mr Deepak at first gave us a patient hearing, subsequently suggested that we are not aiming high enough and we should try and explore localities like Hiranandani Meadows. Initially we felt it is out of bounds for us but he assured us that he will help us in finding a buyer for our existing flat and help with bank aspects to buy a new flat so that monetarily we are covered. His promise was that the entire transaction of selling and buying will be smooth and we do not have to worry about multiple aspects of these transactions.
Selling our Old Flat
Mr Deepak got in genuine clients who were interested and personally showed them our old flat and explained every aspect including the timing by which we need to vacate the flat. Within 15 days of the promised time frame we had a prospective buyer who was interested and we shook hands on the agreement and the price was as per what we had expected.
